Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Your Daily Routine ("YDR", "the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

YDR is a productivity application that helps you:

• Create and manage daily routines
• Generate AI-optimized schedules using Google Gemini
• Receive notifications and reminders
• Track and adjust your daily activities

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use YDR. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

Account Registration

To use certain features of YDR, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person

AI-Generated Content

YDR uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate schedule recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated schedules are suggestions and may not be perfect
• You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting AI recommendations
• AI recommendations do not constitute professional advice
• The accuracy and suitability of AI suggestions cannot be guaranteed

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YDR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the routines and schedules you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Privacy

Your use of YDR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• That the App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Specific results from using the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Subscription and Payments

YDR may offer premium features through subscription plans. If applicable:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payment is charged through your App Store account
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies
• You can manage subscriptions in your device settings

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YDR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any AI-generated recommendations or schedules

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YDR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
